What You'll Do
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, events, and direct marketing.
- Execute below the line marketing activities targeted at B2B audiences within the sustainability sector.
- Manage campaign budgets and track performance against KPIs, focusing on campaign engagement and effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Develop and manage partnership collaborations to enhance marketing campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive qualified leads to our website and encourage sign-ups for paid services.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing to generate leads.
- Implement and manage lead nurturing programs to convert leads into paying customers.
- Monitor website analytics and optimize digital campaigns for maximum ROI
What This Role Needs
- 2-3 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the sustainability sector. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and practices.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms
- Experience with both online and offline marketing campaign executions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- A passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact.
