Jakarta, January 13, 2026 – PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Danamon”, IDX: BDMN) has entered into a strategic partnership with PT Udara Untuk Semua (“Fairatmos”), a climate and nature-focused organization dedicated to restoring Southeast Asia’s natural landscapes. Fairatmos works across various forest, coastal, and blue carbon ecosystems to build high-integrity restoration projects that create long-term environmental, social, and economic value.

This cooperation was inaugurated through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at Menara Bank Danamon, Jakarta (13/01). The collaboration between Danamon and Fairatmos includes the development of nature-based solutions carbon project financing, emission calculations, as well as the issuance and trading of carbon credits, where Fairatmos provides technological capabilities and an international buyer network, while Danamon serves as the financing provider for both forest management companies and carbon credit purchasers.

As part of this agreement, Danamon and Fairatmos will develop nature-based carbon credit solutions accessible through a digital platform. Leveraging Fairatmos’s expertise in feasibility studies and technical assistance, Danamon will explore opportunities to develop cutting-edge financial solutions in the sustainability sector. This initiative aligns with Danamon’s commitment to achieving net-zero emissions for its operational activities by 2030 and its financing portfolio by 2050
