Apa yang akan Anda lakukan:
- Framing business problems, analyzing the potential root cause, and providing potential alternatives
- Understanding company strength / competitive advantage, benchmarking the potential improvement/innovation from others, and validating the projects through research or MVP
- Coordinating the development of SOP, manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable a successful implementation of new business/project
- Assisting the planning, monitoring, and evaluating processes for business units
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Understanding company strength / competitive advantage, analyzing the potential collaboration, and connecting strategic partners with relevant business units in cross-discipline
Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, International Relations, or other related field. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent analytical skills and willing to conduct research or study literature
- Strong communication skills and project management
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver high-quality output in fast-paced environments
