The Installation of High Efficiency Cook Stoves by EKI Energy Services Limited in Assam, India, aims to cut over 1,480,000 tCO2e over 7 years (2020-2027), with a possible 21-year extension. The project has already reduced over 275,000 tCO2e, saved 144,708 tonnes of woody biomass, and employed 96 local workers with above-poverty-line wages. The stoves, with 32.19% thermal efficiency, reduce fuelwood use, deforestation, and air pollutants, while also easing women's workload and improving health.
