The ASEAN Climate Forum (ACF) 2026, organized by the ASEAN-BAC and the ASEAN Alliance on Carbon Markets (AACM), gathered the region’s foremost leaders to harmonize a collective strategy for the 2050 Net Zero transition.

During her panel on cross-border climate initiatives, Natalia Rialucky addressed one of the primary bottlenecks in the voluntary carbon market: the fragmentation of technical standards. As regional players navigate between national systems (like Indonesia’s SRN) and international frameworks, the need for clarity has never been more urgent.
