What You'll Do
- Maintaining and enhancing Fairatmos’ internal carbon engine’s database
- Managing CTE team to collaborate with Business Development to deliver client’s pre-FS, FS, and PDD needs
- Managing CTE team to collaborate with Project Development to analyze field-level data and synthesize into FS report and designing carbon-related activities (e.g., HCV assessment, social impact assessment)
- Supporting Remote Sensing in enhancing GIS and Remote Sensing capabilities for Nature-based solutions assessment
- Enhancing knowledge bank for NBS-related assets (e.g., tree inventory, NBS network of experts, etc.)
What This Role Needs
- 5+ years of work experience in the climate and nature-based solutions sector.
- Has experience in carbon industry (VERRA, Gold Standard, PlanVIVO), project development, remote sensing, HCV, and FPIC
- Experienced in Project Management - leading multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong analytical thinking
- Strong conceptual problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced in managing a team
- Fluent in English and some level of previous exposure to the ASEAN sustainability and business landscape is a plus
